The November 24th Cen-Tex K. C. show was good for us. Whistler was winner's dog for his second point and Virgo's Treasure was winner's bitch and best of winners in her first show at six months and one week of age. Her littermate, Virgo's Cherish won the puppy class.

Ciba's Dimity Sweetheart won her first major show at the Blue Bonnet Boxer Club Specialty on July 23rd, 2001. She won her second major show and finished her AKC championship at the Boxer Club of Colorado Specialty on August 17th, 2001. Her championship picture

Falmark's Diamond Mine became an AKC champion on April 14, 2001 at the Harrisburg Kennel Club show. His winning picture is on the Boomkids page. He won his first two best of breeds (back to back) at the Wachusett Kennel Club shows on August 17 and 18, 2001.

Kansas City was again good to us the weekend of March 17-18, 2001. Ch Virgo's Gift
of the Magi finished her championship with back to back 5 point majors. Last October, she won a four point major at the Lawrence Jayhawk KC show.

Stella's littermate, Dimi, was Best of Breed at the Abilene K. C. show on January 27, 2001 and Best of Opposite at the Corpus Christi K. C. show on February 17, 2001.

We did not go to many shows in 2000 due to our move to the river. Virgo's Celebrity (Posh) did go winner's bitch at the Comal County K. C. and Victoria K. C. shows in November as well as the Travis County K. C. on October 28, 2000. Her brother, Ch Virgo's Intrigue (Tyler), was Best of Breed at the Travis County K. C. show.

The American Boxer Club (ABC) National Specialty in Frederick, Maryland, the week of May 8-12, 2000 was fantastic for Virgo Boxers. Ciba Virgo's Whistlen' Dick, at the tender age of six months and one day was fourth in his 6-9 month fawn dog futurity class.

Finally, Ch Virgo's Intrigue, in his first time out as a champion, received one of only five awards of excellence presented by Mr. Vicens. There were more than 130 champions entered in the best of breed competition.

The rose buds continued to bloom in Lubbock the weekend of October 2nd and 3rd, 1999. Tyler was winners dog and best of breed both days and Posh was winners bitch and best of opposite sex both days.

The rose buds did very well at the two Corpus Christi Kennel Club shows on Sept. 4th and 5th, 1999. Tyler won winners dog and best of breed
both days and Posh was reserve winners bitch on Saturday and winners bitch and best of opposite on Sunday. A Magnum daughter, JR's Rumor
Has It All, was winners bitch and best of opposite on Saturday and reserve winners bitch on Sunday. To top off a great weekend, Market Boomer
won the working group in a special veterans dog competion on Sunday.

The Astrohall shows in Houston were good to us. At the Galveston KC show on July 25th, 1999, Russglen's High Chaparral won his second major,
owner handled from the bred by class and became Market Boomer's 22nd champion kid. The next day at the Blue Bonnet Boxer Club Specialty Show,
Chap's brother, Russglen's Market Flash was reserve winners dog also owner handled.

We had a great time in San Angelo the weekend of July 10/11, 1999. Tyler was winners dog both days and Posh was winners bitch both days. Also, Rigo was Best of Breed both days.

We had a fantastic trip to Colorado the first weekend in June, 1999. Gina put back to back majors on Trip at the Colorado Boxer Club Specialty show and the Flat Irons Kennel Club all breed show and finished Virgo's Intrepidation's championship. Trip is Ch Virgo's Market Boomer's 20th champion get and he is number seven for his mother, Ch Virgo's Destiny.
